WARRANTY: Knights Edge will remedy/correct any Manufacturing
Defects we are notified of up to 5 days from receipt of goods. It is the
responsibility of customer to inspect goods upon delivery. No claims
will be accepted beyond this time. We will only accept claims from the
original wholesale purchaser, not their customers. Items damaged due to
abuse, misuse, or neglect voids this warranty.
CLAIMS: Wholesaler has 5 days from receipt of goods to inspect
all items for defects, damage and administrative errors (shortages,
overages, incorrect merchandise etc.) and notify us of any claim. After 5
days all sales are final. If product(s) were damaged during delivery,
it is important to save ALL items and packaging materials. Upon
notification we will begin claim procedures and instruct you what to do.
Allowed credits to remedy above problems will be in the form of
merchandise replacement only. No cash refunds. Shipping charges are not
refundable.
Claim procedure:
1. Customer must call Knights Edge at +1.773.775.3888 for Return Authorization Code.
2. Return Authorization Codes will expire 15 days after date of issue. Returned items must be received by us by this deadline.
3. Returned items are to be securely packed with all parts and packaging
in appropriately sized outer carton for a safe transport.
4. A copy of the original packing list or invoice with returned item
number(s) circled and a note listing the item number(s), quantity, and
reason for return must be enclosed.
5. The Return Authorization Code is to appear on the top of the box and
on any correspondence / packing slip. 6. Our preferred method of return
is by United Parcel Service (UPS). Most administrative returns are
processed within 5 working days of receipt and you will be notified of
the decision. Please help by following our procedures. Pack carefully,
prepay shipping and insure your order against loss, as we will not be
liable for loss or damage in shipping. Items returned without
authorization may be refused or returned to customer at their expense.

It is the sole responsibility of the customer to be aware of and conform to the laws of his or her state, and is in no way the responsibility of Knights Edge Ltd. We reserve the right to limit quantities, correct pricing/type errors, discontinue/change products without notice. Prices are subject to change without notice.
